Hey guys, long time since I've posted something new on CGTalk. It's getting harder and harder to find the time for personal projects.
This one, started from a ruff sketch I did some time ago. Initially I just wanted to keep it on a concept stage but I got carried away and I started detailing for the next 3 weeks. The final resolution is 10.000 pixels wide. The subject is about a future generation of explorers who landed on an Earth like planet and they found this massive city, very similar to our ancient civilizations. Max and Vray for this one, and of course painted over in Photoshop. Check the Details
